Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction, and accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. See the individual product description for extended warranty details.
Defective Products:
We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied. Defective items may be returned within 30 days to us for a replacement or in-store credit. Some products carry an extended Manufacturer Warranty, see the individual product description for additional details.
Product must have been used properly and be in good condition. Any modifications will void your warranty. The warranty does not cover acts of nature, crime and/or misuse. Examples are lighting strikes, vandalism, improper installation and/or use. We reserve the right to determine if the product is defective and within warranty.
Non-Defective Products:
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you want to return a non-defective item, you have 30 days from the purchase date.
To receive an exchange or in-store credit, non-defective returns must be in original, undamaged condition, including accessories and packaging. Due to the nature of our products, all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Products returned with missing items will not qualify for the full return. Some products are non-returnable, as indicated in the individual product description.

In-Store Credit Policy:
In-Store Credit is provided to our customers using Gift Certificates. You will receive a Gift Certificate ID Code via email to use for your next purchase, and is able to be applied towards tax and shipping.
To redeem your in-store credit:
1) Login to Your Account, or Create an Account
2) Add your products to the Shopping Cart
3) Proceed to the Checkout
4) Select 'Gift Certificate' as payment method
5) Enter Gift Certificate ID Code, and click Submit
Remaining balances can be used for future purchases. You can check your balance under the 'Gift Certificates' section by entering your Gift Certificate ID Code.
